Tightening torque for valve size 08 with aluminium housing: 34-41 Nm
Tightening torque for valve size 08 with steel housing: 47 - 54 Nm
Tightening torque for valve size 10 with aluminium housing: 47-54 Nm
Tightening torque for valve size 10 with steel housing: 74 - 81 Nm
Tightening torque for valve size 12 with aluminium housing: 74-81 Nm
Tightening torque for valve size 12 with steel housing: 95 - 102 Nm
SAE screw-in bores of Cartridge valves from different manufacturers may differ slightly, e.g., in the depth and diameter of the valve seat, even if the screw-in thread is the same. For this reason, it is essential that all relevant dimensions are compared with the technical data of the screw-in bore must be compared.
